Regional Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of education (RCRAO) was founded in 2016 as the project of Southern Federal University (SFedU) and the Russian Academy of education (RAO).

The purpose of the Agreement is to combine the capabilities of Partners to coordinate and improve the efficiency of the use of scientific, educational and innovative potential of members of RAO, educational and scientific organizations of the Southern Federal district for:

• promoting the development of pedagogy, psychology and other education Sciences in the Southern Federal district and Russia as a whole;
• achievements of a qualitatively new level of scientific research in the field of pedagogy, psychology and other education sciences;
• implementation of innovative developments;
• training and certification of highly qualified personnel;
• improving the educational process in educational institutions of the Southern Federal district and Russia as a whole.
